All living beings, even plants, have an aura. It appears as a luminous glow around the body, as if lit up from the back, often in a display of brightly lit colors. The aura is our electronic signature, created by a combination of our physical, mental, emotional, and Soul energies. We utilize it to process information about our environment and even to communicate with other people and animals. Most of us tend to pick up energy throughout the day from the people and places we interact with, and carry it along with us without even realizing. When in balance, the aura forms a barrier of protection. Energy flows in and out, creating a torus vortex that is constantly in motion. What comes and goes can be detected in an aura reading, giving your information about your past, present, and future.

There are multiple ways to experience and read an aura. We naturally sense the aura as vibes, feelings, emotions, and ideas. To see the aura however, this can be done through the mind's eye, or with your eyes visually through training and practice, though this option is more challenging and takes patience to develop. 

Seeing the aura with the mind's eye is known as the psychic ability of Clairvoyance. There are other ways to experience an aura, however. Sensing and feeling the aura as emotions or even physical feelings is Clairsentience. Hearing the aura as notes on the scale or sounds is Clairaudience. Some psychics are able to have a knowing of a person's energy and aura, without seeing it. This is called Claircognizance, or clear knowing.

In sessions with clients, I rely on both clairvoyance and claircognizance for receiving intuitive messages and information.

My aura readings are very intuitive, and will come through with whatever it is you need to hear most at the time of your session.

First and foremost, they serve as a helpful check-in with yourself. See how you're truly feeling, what's going on within your energy, what themes may be coming or going in life overall. Your aura painting will tell you a bit about your personality and Soul traits, those tendencies of yours that could be working for you or against you. You may discover energy imbalances or blocks.

Sometimes information about your soul path comes through. Sometimes there’s a message for you from a Spirit Guide or Animal. Sometimes a loved one pops in to say hello and share their own words of wisdom. Sometimes a past life karmic cycle is brought to light. There is no set information that we get in a reading. I like to leave it very open to Spirit and your Spirit Team when channeling.

In my readings, I have yet to encounter a ‘bad aura’. This could be due to the nature of the work. People who are not willing to face their struggles or obstacles are less likely to seek out the work of a spiritual guide.

However, I can say that in daily life, I have come across some negative auras. I tend to perceive 'negative' or blocked energy as a muddied color. It will look off, grayed. Their light may glow more dimly.

It's important to remember that all information in an aura reading is meant to act as a helpful guide. If we find muddied or grayed colors in your aura, you will always receive support and insight for healing and growth.
