Affirmations are statements that we say to ourselves that can shift our mindset and make us feel better. You can say them out loud, repeat them in your mind throughout the day, or keep your affirmation somewhere you will see as a reminder. You can also use your affirmation as a journal prompt to further explore what it means to you.

Reiki is a form of energy healing which originates in Japan. The word essentially means “spiritually guided life force energy”. Reiki has many benefits, physically, emotionally, mentally, & spiritually. It has a calming effect for most people.
